Welcome back! Today, we're making Buffalo Wings on the Weber Kettle. These were crispy, juicy, tender, and flavorful wings that are great for sports events or even just a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

1 Large package of wings

1/2 cup Corn Starch

Canola Oil Spray

Favorite Seasoning

Sauce

Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Sauce

2 TBSP Butter

  1. Set out wings and use a paper towel to dry all sides of the wings

  2. Spray all sides of the wings with cooking oil.

  3. Mix the corn starch and seasoning and coat the wings

4. Using a whole chimney of charcoal, carefully pour charcoal into the center of the grill creating a pyramid. This should allow your grill to reach about 500 degrees. If you crack the lid as shown below, it will allow more airflow to achieve a higher temperature.

5.Lay the wings along the outside of the grill so they are not directly over the coals

5. Grill the wings for about 40 minutes. Flip the wings at 20 minutes.

6. Pour 1 bottle of sweet baby ray's buffalo sauce into a saucepan, add the butter and heat until the butter melts.

7. Toss the wings in the buffalo sauce and serve.

These wings were delicious. By using corn starch and high heat, you can achieve fried-like crispiness while keeping the tender juicy meat of grilled wings. I hope you enjoy these wings. Keep smokin'!
